TO MAKE A POSITIVE CHANGE, VOTE FOR ROGER PHELPS

IN THE JUNE 3RD DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY

I began my career with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department in 1989. Through out those years I have worked in the jail, road patrol, undercover investigations, general investigations and am currently a Sergeant supervising a road patrol shift.

I know that I have the knowledge and experience to bring new ideas to the Sheriff's Department; ideas that will benefit the citizens of Clinton County. I believe, as person working in law enforcement, I have an obligation to provide a service that leaves the citizens satisfied.

I also believe that it is the time for a leadership that has learned from experience and challenges from the public to make a change for the positive. I live and work in Clinton County, I have gone to Clinton schools and I am raising my family in Clinton. I care about Clinton county, therefore I am hoping for your support as I proceed with my plans to run for the office of Sheriff of Clinton County.
